PP Three-Stage Falling Film Absorption Unit

The PP three-stage falling film absorption unit adopts a series connection of three PP falling film absorbers, primarily used for producing hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc., and can also be applied for absorbing various waste gases and tail gases such as by-product hydrogen chloride and sulfur dioxide.

Operating temperature: -5°C to 125°C;
Working medium: Refer to the corrosion resistance characteristics of polypropylene;
Operating pressure: Positive pressure: ≤0.3MPa; Negative pressure: ≤0.1MPa
Factory hydrostatic test pressure: 0.4MPa (shell side)
Precautions: (1) The upper part of the absorber is equipped with an overflow distribution device. Ensure verticality during installation, and control the fluid flow rate to maintain a 2mm water film on the inner wall of each absorption tube.
                  (2) Pipeline installation should ensure smooth gas flow.
